Estancia High School Project Update

The Estancia High Project is progressively moving forward to d-day, September 21st. God is making what seems to be an almost impossible thing to do, possible. He is rocking our world by blessing us with windows of opportunity to be able to bless Estancia High School. For those of you who do not know what we are doing, we as The Crossing Church, are coming together to serve our community in a practical, tangible, and real way. We are working closely with the leadership of Estancia High School to do all we can on one weekend. This includes maintenance, painting and sanding, landscape, and cleaning it up! The plan is for the entire church to help from 9am-12pm on Sunday September 21st and then have a celebration service afterward right there on the school campus. The Crossing always has been, is, and always will be about showing and sharing God's love to our community in real, relevant, and practical ways! You will not want to miss this awesome opportunity for us to bless our community together!

What we are looking for right now are people who want to be Captains in certain areas for the project. We do not have those certain areas narrowed down just yet but we will have those areas down as soon as possible. So if you are interested in being a captain or would like more information you can contact me, Sean at skappauf@thecrossing.com. Or you can contact the Captain Coordinator, Ben Coplin at bcoplin@thecrossing.com. There will be a meeting on Monday the 25th of August from 6:30-7:30 in the Kid Zone building. This meeting will contain general information about the event and meeting up with the Lead team for the Estancia High Project. We will also have sign ups to serve starting August 30th and 31st.This is going to be an amazing opportunity to share our love for Jesus with others in the community!

Glory to God,

Sean Kappauf
