Time keeps on slippin....

Do you like music? I wonder, what kind? Pop? Classical? Classic Rock? R&B? Jazz? Rap? And do I need to even ask, Country? Tell me, does anyone really like Country? J

No matter your musical preference, most of us have heard the Steve Miller Band and their song, “Fly Like an Eagle”. There’s that chorus…once you hear it, you can’t get the tune and the words out of your head, (go ahead, right now, sing with me…)

It’s true, time does slip and for that reason we both know, time is precious! You only get so much time. Everyone has the same amount of time. You can’t buy more time. Once time is gone, you can’t retrieve it. Time is a BIG DEAL and it does easily “slip into the future”. So let’s not waste it, it’s “time” to invest it!

The good news is that our future can be WAY BETTER than our present! In fact, as a church, our best days are AHEAD of us. Do not miss this weekend…I can’t wait to share with you how God is presenting us with the opportunity to do something significant in this world. It is an opportunity to do something very special, something life-changing, even world-changing.
